jeanne is an experimental filmmaker among many other things. when we worked in a classroom setting, our class organized a well-attended "happening" that involved projections, light, films, and anything else that used light in a public place. for my project, i used an overhead projector that projected onto the side of a building, and dripped watercolor and ink on a picture of my face throughout the evening. j.s. was supportive of the project and i really appreciated the support. i remembered that when i created this piece. this piece is also reflective of my mood at the time. i was at the end of my time working at my full-time job and my mind was full of frustration.
